Invest in Central's Long-term Success
A strong endowment provides an enduring source of funding for immediate AND future needs. How? Gifts are invested in our long-term portfolio and generate annual earnings for a BIG boost of support year after year.

Fund Undergraduate Research Opportunities
Central College offers many opportunities for our undergraduate students to conduct research alongside faculty mentors. Consider a gift to one of our research funds to create even more opportunities for Central students.
- The Arthur J. Bosch Endowment for Student Research was established to make possible undergraduate summer research opportunities for Central students across many academic disciplines. The endowment provides a stipend and housing for students allowing them to focus on a summer research project. Each Bosch Scholar is paired with a Central faculty member who works closely with the student to advance their research projects.
- The Bette Brunsting Student Project Fund assists students with out of classroom experiences. Opportunities previously funded include cultural travel experiences for students, attendance at conferences and funds to present research at conferences and meetings.
- The Franks-Mahmood Fund for Undergraduate Research provides funding to teams of faculty and students for summer or academic year research at domestic and international. Grants help support travel expenses, lodging, conference registrations, presentation materials and more.
- The Ed Willis Psychology Travel Fund assists students studying psychology to attend and present their work at the national and/or regional psychological conferences. Funding is available to students majoring or minoring in psychology and who are in good academic standing. The funds assist students with conference fees, travel and/or lodging expenses associated with national or regional conferences.
